PSEG KEYS ENERGY CENTER: CONSTRUCTION STATUS UPDATE (as of January 1, 2018)
The project remains on budget and schedule with a Guaranteed Substantial Completion Date of May 1, 2018. The Primary Critical Path remains the commissioning of the condensate, HRSG11, low-pressure feedwater, high-pressure feedwater, intermediate pressure feedwater, and fuel gas systems to support CTG 11 first fire. First Fire drives Steam Blows & Pipe Restoration. The Component Cooling Water system flush is in progress and nearing completion. The Secondary Critical Path is final alignment and couple up CT to Generator, final alignment turning gear, installation of exciter blower ducting and exciter enclosure, commissioning activities to support initial roll CTG11. 84 of 182 systems have been turned over to Start-Up / Commissioning. Digital Control System Loop Checks continue. Current site manpower is 874 with 140 on night shift.
