PSEG KEYS ENERGY CENTER: CONSTRUCTION STATUS UPDATE (as of December 1, 2017)
The project remains on budget and schedule with a Guaranteed Substantial Completion Date of May 1, 2018. The Primary Critical Path remains the commissioning of the condensate, HRSG11, low pressure feedwater, high pressure feedwater, intermediate pressure feedwater, and fuel gas systems to support CTG 11 First Fire. First Fire drives Steam Blows & Pipe Restoration. The Secondary Critical Path is the steam sample panel system, followed by the STG reassembly. The Steam Turbine Generator rotor has been reinstalled, with restoration in progress. All HRSG Hydrostatic Tests have been completed. All 480V Switchgear/MCC’s are now energized. CTG 11 & 12 Lube Oil Flushes have been completed. There are 77 of 182 systems Turned over to Commissioning with 9 more systems punch-listed.
