PSEG KEYS ENERGY CENTER: CONSTRUCTION STATUS UPDATE (as of September 1, 2017)
The project remains on budget and schedule with a Guaranteed Substantial Completion Date of May 1, 2018. The current Critical Path Schedule has an April 4, 2018 COD date. The Primary Critical Path remains the completion of the STG electrical, cable pulls, terminations, commissioning 125VDC, and back feeding power to #12SPT and medium voltage switchgear. The Secondary Critical Path is now the Demin, Feedwater and Waste Water systems. The STG still has 14 days of float to critical path. The Low Pressure Turbine Upper Inner housing bolts have been stretched for torqueing. Scheck Mechanical, the I&C Contractor, began mobilization. Total site manpower is 1,110 with 242 on night shift.
