• SLCI focused on Engineering and Procurement to support the detailed design activities and the ordering of major equipment and materials.
• Construction team continued to support the site grading.
• Construction continued to monitor the environmental mitigation efforts to stay in compliance with all
permit requirements.
• Construction completed building of the Site Surcharge Pile.
